Back in August, they handed out a marine works contract, and the team kicked off some beach profiling, sand placement, dredging, and land reclamation to get things rolling for villa construction on all 16 fronds.

The first eight fronds should be ready for the site by early 2025, allowing developers to construct village infrastructure and civil works. In October, they awarded big contracts for building ultra-luxury villas, top-notch infrastructure, and stunning public spaces on the first six fronds, all set to be finished by late 2026.
